In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the school maintains a safe workplace for all staff.
Internal Complaints Committee
An Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is constituted as per the Act, with a presiding officer and external member, to receive and redress complaints.
Reporting
Any staff member may submit a complaint to the ICC in writing. Complaints are handled confidentially and within the timelines prescribed by law.
Awareness
Regular orientation sessions are conducted so that all employees understand their rights and responsibilities under the Act.
